How to care for leather
Hello everyone.
BROSKI AND SUPPLY.
This may be a bit sudden, but do you have any concerns about how to care for leather?
In particular, genuine leather is difficult to handle because it is weak against water.
One of the charms of leather, a natural material, is that the more you use it, the more character it acquires.
If you use it for a long time, it may become damaged to some extent, but if you take care of it, leather is a material that will respond well.
BROSKI&SUPPLY retains the characteristics of leather while using genuine waterproof leather, so you can use it with confidence even on rainy days.
If it gets wet, wipe it gently with a soft towel .
To ensure long-term use, apply BROSKI wax once every 3-4 months.
I recommend you paint it.
Here are some useful maintenance tips to help you extend the life of your leather products.
- What you need
・BROSKI exclusive wax (▶︎Click here for product details )
・Bags and cloth (for oil or cream)
・Cloth (for dry wiping)
*Please avoid pile fabrics as they may get caught on zippers, etc.
* We recommend soft cloths made from natural materials such as cotton, as they are less likely to scratch leather.
- procedure
1. Remove dust from the leather surface with a cloth
2. Apply a small amount of wax to the provided sponge or cloth and gradually apply it to the surface.
Apply a little at a time, as applying too much can cause stains.
Apply until it feels slightly moist when you touch it with dry hands.
(* If it feels sticky when you touch it, it means there is too much oil in it, so wipe it off with a dry, soft cloth.)
3. Leave it for a while to allow the ingredients to soak into the leather.
Finally, wipe it again with a dry cloth and your cleaning is complete.
