In principle, we only accept inquiries regarding repairs/purchasing parts via email.

② Repair reception
We will inform you of whether repairs are possible, provide a cost estimate, and how long the repairs will take.
Once you are happy with the information, we will send you an invoice via email.
Once you have confirmed this, please send the product to us.
Please note that in this case shipping costs will be borne by the customer .
